I’m a product designer working across interface, model behavior, and implementation. At Seam AI, I design and build agentic workflows across prompts, memory, orchestration, harnesses, and customer-facing web surfaces. Before this, I designed for Sigma Computing, Tulip Interfaces, and Samsung. I grew up in Shanghai, studied fine art and journalism, and now call the Bay Area home. When I’m not in Figma Claude Code, I’m probably collecting rare plants, powerlifting, or hunting for seasonal treasures at Trader Joe’s.

I own product design end-to-end, from defining core agent behavior to establishing the visual and interaction foundation. I now ship straight to prod and prototype in code. I excel in high-ambiguity environments and rapid iteration cycles.

Seam AI is an AI-native Account Based Marketing platform that orchestrates and automates sales and marketing workflows. Seed round led by Bessemer Venture Partners.

Agent Stitch

Shipped the harness for a GTM agent built on Claude Managed Agents. I led decisions end-to-end across product infrastructure (system prompt, per-tenant memory and skills) to shape the agent's behavior, while also defining the core user experience for a non-chat agent interface.

Workflow orchestration

Transformed complex and disconnected workflows into an opinionated orchestration system with ready-to-use, customizable flows. Made sophisticated automation accessible to non-technical GTM teams without sacrificing power-user capabilities.

ABM Stages & Intelligence layer

Visualized the intelligence layer atop our data model with transparent scoring and intent surfaces. Made AI decision-making visible and actionable by opening the black box, increasing user trust.

Fit score agent

Designed the market's first customizable AI fit scoring, breaking legacy tools' rigid, black-box approach. Users backtest scoring logic before running full research, see why accounts match their ICP, and compare multiple scores.

Designed for workbook exploration and admin experience teams. Built Sigma's first user-facing design system and shipped features including materialization schedule awareness, multi-tenancy management, workbook actions, and authentication flows.

Sigma Computing is a cloud-based BI and analytics platform that enables business users to explore data without code, also described as "Excel on steroids." Sigma reached $100M ARR in 2025.

Workbook exploration

Led end-to-end design for the entry point, configuration modal, and results view for removing duplicate rows in workbook tables. Reduced clicks by 92% and resolved pain points reported by 32 customer orgs.

Multi-tenancy management

Designed and shipped matti-tenancy design. Enable tenants to work independently with their own data and permissions, while maintaining centralized governance and visibility.

Sigma’s first user-facing design system

Created Sigma's first end-user design system, enabling users to build accessible, user-friendly data apps directly in the product. Established patterns and components that scale across diverse use cases.

Neon is an artificial intelligence project backed by Samsung's STAR Labs, focused on creating interactive, human-like digital avatars that feel present and responsive.

Neon Assist for healthcare

Designed a virtual human assistant that streamlined meal ordering for hospital patients, partnering with Aramark Healthcare to deliver a smooth, empathetic experience in clinical settings.
