Neon Assist X Aramark Healthcare
Aramark Healthcare approached Samsung NEXT seeking a cutting-edge patient dining solution. Hospital patients faced a frustrating choice: wait 2 hours to order food by phone or through nurses, or use impersonal online ordering systems they didn't trust. Patients preferred talking to real humans but existing solutions were inefficient. The challenge was designing a meal ordering experience where NEON provided interactive, empathetic, and efficient service that felt human.
